During busy periods such as Easter and Christmas, orders can be delayed.

Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery – FREE
• Evri Next Day - £1.49
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £1.49

Standard Delivery

Orders placed before before 6PM will be shipped the next working day. We will occasionally dispatch orders on the same working day if there is availability. We mainly use Tracked Evri Standard but occasionally will use Royal Mail Tracked 48 if Evri does not have service to your area. You can also get in touch if you want us to dispatch your order the same day or if you prefer we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for your order. Standard Delivery orders are expected to be delivered within 2-4 working days.

Evri Next Day & Royal Mail Tracked 24

Orders placed before 12PM will be shipped the next working day. We will occasionally dispatch orders on the same working day if there is availability. Evri Next Day & Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders are expected to be delivered within 2 working days of dispatch.

Shipping Times For Non Mainland UK and Obscure Postcodes

Please add an additional 2 days to the above timeframes if you live in an obscure postcode. Please get in touch if you want to check if your postcode is affected.

Orders which arrive late or are lost in the post

If an item is shipped by courier and has not arrived, please email us immediately or contact the courier directly.

Any delivery which has not arrived must be advised to us within 30 days of the requested delivery date. After this time, most carriers do not offer historical tracking so we will treat your order as if it has been delivered and no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions

Although we try our hardest to maintain the time scales above there may be exceptional circumstances when these may not apply. This can be times when Evri and Royal Mail are very busy, like Christmas or in the event of you not supplying a full correct address, like a wrong postcode. In these events please contact us for more details as deliveries can take longer.
